Improving Study on the Sci-tech Talent Aggregation Effect in Organizations
This paper points out that sci-tech talent is a special economic factor,and its flow,aggregation,collaboration and other issues have become one of the focuses of the governments and academia.Based on the analysis of sci-tech talent aggregation effect at the organizational level,the system dynamics method is used to construct the sci-tech talent aggregation effect system in organizations from the perspective of institutional support.The simulation test is carried out.The model simulation analysis shows that the interaction between organization institutional support and sci-tech talents and their gathering environment constitutes sci-tech talent aggregation effect system.Work satisfaction,external environment related constant and knowledge and technology failure rate affect the sci-tech talent aggregation effect.The research conclusions have theoretical significance for enriching the theory of talent aggregation and institutional support theory,and clarifying the dynamic process between institutional support and sci-tech talent aggregation effect.They also have practical significance for improving sci-tech talent aggregation effect in organizations.
