This paper points out that with the rapid development of computer technology,computer programming design has shifted from single-application to multi-application development.This transformation can not only drive the evolution of programming languages and design methods,but also give rise to more complex and efficient computer management systems.This paper first reviews the historical evolution of computer programs,highlighting the continuous evolution of programming languages and the transformation of programming design methods;secondly,it analyzes the two main aspects of computer management systems:computer information management systems and computer application management systems;finally,it explores their specific applications in the fields of e-commerce,industry,and healthcare,in order to provide reference for future development.
