摘要

本文旨在探讨数字孪生技术在建筑智慧运维系统中的应用及价值,利用数字孪生这种先进的技术手段,将数字孪生智慧运维系统的核心仿真算法与BIM+GIS技术相结合,实现了对建筑物理与数字世界数据的耦合处理.通过数字孪生技术在建筑模拟、综合安防、能耗监测、设备管理和环境监测等方面的应用,展示了其在提升建筑运行效率、降低成本、增强安全性和舒适度方面的显著效果.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the application and value of digital twin technology in building intelligent operation and maintenance systems.By utilizing the advanced technology of digital twin,the core simulation algorithm of the digital twin intelligent operation and maintenance system is combined with BIM and GIS technology,to achieve the coupling processing of building physical and digital world data.The application of digital twin technology in building simulation,comprehensive security,energy consumption monitoring,equipment management,and environmental monitoring has demonstrated its significant effects in improving building operational efficiency,reducing costs,enhancing safety and comfort.
