This paper adopts the research method of case analysis,to sort out the process of digital transformation of Chint Group and study the motivations and paths of Chint Group's digital transformation.The research found that:firstly,external factors such as policy support,economic environment,residents'consumption demand and internal factors such as weak development,complex organizational structures,and lack of strategy,are the main motivations for enterprises to carry out digital transformation;secondly,enterprises realize changes in their organizational modes and business modes through digital transformation,which further drives the improvement of enterprise performance.
