摘要
本文结合海关实验室技术创新的特点和实际需要,建立了包括创新条件、创新投入、创新绩效和激励约束等内容的技术创新能力评价指标体系,实现了海关实验室技术创新评价的量化考核,有利于实验室技术创新能力的提升和管理.
Abstract
In this paper,based on the characteristics and actual needs of customs laboratory technology innovation,the evaluation index system of technology innovation ability is established,including innovation conditions,innovation input,innovation performance and incentive constraints,etc.,which realizes the quantitative assessment of customs laboratory technology innovation evaluation,and is conducive to the improvement and management of laboratory technology innovation ability.
