Research on the Construction of National Intellectual Property Information Service Centers in Colleges and Universities(1):Current Status,Challenges and Causal Analysis
Employing a range of research methods,this paper conducts a survey on the National Intellectual Property Information Service Centers in colleges and universities.Through statistical analysis of the current development status,organizational structure,staffing,policy and regulation formulation,collaborative optimization of the entire chain,business operations,resource allocation,and librarian theoretical research,it identifies issues and analyzes their root causes at the macro policy,conceptual,and micro operational levels.
