In order to solve the problems of low sorting accuracy,high coal carrying rate of gangue,and high equipment failure rate,Xieqiao Coal Preparation Plant adopts TDS intelligent dry sorting machine equipment to replace the dynamic screening and jigging system based on production practice.The results indicate that the application of TDS intelligent dry sorting machine increases the upper limit of raw coal crushing particle size and improves the yield of washed large and medium block coal.The use of TDS intelligent dry sorting machine has significantly improved the situation of gangue in coal and enhanced the quality of block clean coal.
