Combining the situation of sci-tech achievements transformation in Shanxi Province,this paper summarizes the current situation of the transformation of sci-tech achievements within the province,researches on the main ways of transforming sci-tech achievements within the province,exploring the problems encountered in the transformation of sci-tech achievements in Shanxi Province,and proposes relevant measures and effects,including establishing and perfecting a sound system for transforming achievements,accelerating the construction of a platform for the transformation of sci-tech achievements,promoting joint innovation entities to carry out the transfer and transformation of sci-tech achievements,increasing financial support for the transformation of sci-tech achievements,and cultivating professional service teams for the transformation of sci-tech achievements.
