论高速公路特大型桥梁耐久性设计及措施研究——以濮阳至湖北阳新高速公路黄河特大桥工程为例

本文以河南濮阳至湖北阳新高速公路黄河特大桥(濮阳段二期)项目为研究对象,在该工程的设计和施工中,分析了连续梁跨中桥跨的受控因素、游荡性河段抗震设防烈度以及复杂地质环境水文等问题,并针对桥梁的耐久性进行抗震防控。通过计算其耐久性和冲击波抗震实验,判断黄河特大桥梁设计和防控抗震是否达到耐久性要求。同时,结合实例和实验结果,给出了预应力混凝土箱梁设计与摩擦摆支座减隔震设计方案,指出控制混凝土结构耐久性是确保构造结构安全的重要措施。
Study on Durability Design and Measures of Expressway Super-large Bridges——Taking the Yellow River Bridge Project on the Puyang to Hubei Yangxin County Expressway as an Example
This paper takes the project of the Super-large Bridge of the Yellow River(the second phase of the Puyang section)of the Puyang-yangxin County Expressway in Henan Province as the research object,in the design and construction of the project,analyzes the issues of the controlled factors of the middle span of continuous beam,the seismic fortification intensity of wandering river and the hydrology of complex geological environment,and carries out the anti-seismic control of bridge durability.By calculating the durability and shock wave aseismic test,we can judge whether the design and anti-seismic control of the Super-large Bridge of the Yellow River meet the requirements of durability.At the same time,combined with practical examples and experiment results,this paper presents the design scheme of the prestressed concrete box girder and the seismic prevention and control with the friction pendulum bearing,and points out the durability control of the concrete structure is an important measure to ensure the structural safety.
