Aiming at the problems which affect the process of enterprise digital transformation in the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in China,such as insufficient awareness of digital transformation,lack of top-level design,and insufficient policy support,this paper starts from the mechanism of digital transformation on the upgrading of manufacturing enterprises,analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by manufacturing enterprises in carrying out digital transformation,and on this basis puts forward suggestions to promote the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises,aiming to provide useful reference and reference for the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in China.
