In the paper titled"Research on the Construction of National Intellectual Property Information Service Centers in Colleges and Universities:Current Status,Challenges and Causal Analysis,"the author extensively investigates and analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the construction of National Intellectual Property Information Service Centers in Colleges and Universities.It is of utmost importance to implement practical and effective policy management and operational mechanisms once the root causes of these problems are identified.This paper will focus on the construction of macro policies and micro mechanisms,namely macro policy support and the establishment of five micro operational mechanisms.
