Aircraft Final Assembly Line Integrated Test Based on Multi-variant Heterogeneous Data
This paper points out that as a typical complex information system,civil aircraft final assembly line integrated test integrates multi-source heterogeneous production information,such as operators information,tooling equipment information,production materials information,process paths,and production environment;the modeling and simulation of aircraft production line should reflect the actual engineering variables and take multiple aspects such as process and production management into consideration.Therefore,this paper proposes a multi-layer network modeling framework of heterogeneous data based on 5M1E,which hierarchical decouples production factors and production entities by layers,directly relates the process to the production factors,and materializes the production factors into entities required for production through directed connecting edges.The modeling method of the model is more intuitive,and it is convenient to express the dependence of the process on factors such as human,machine,material and environment.For the test process,the DDS network is built,the aircraft data network is analyzed,and the real-time state of the aircraft is obtained,to ensure the effectiveness of the final assembly line integrated test.
