城市燃气管道泄漏智能化在线监测实验研究

本文提出一种新型城市燃气管道泄漏检测系统,研发出集高效的检测管、真空泵抽气系统、管道泄漏点定位模型、PLC检控系统、GPRS数据远程系统于一体的天然气管道泄漏检测系统,并进行了实验。实验结果表明:压力值较小时,出现断流,渗透气体流型、流量均出现不规则现象;当压力值为 60~101 kPa,实验效果较好。压力相同时,检测管内气流流量增大,甲烷气体渗透量变大;流量相同时,检测管内压力增大,甲烷气体渗透量变大。在压力、流量一定时,管长越长,甲烷渗透量越大。管路长度大,渗透到检测管内的甲烷气体量多,渗透的气体在检测管内部聚集的时间长,在气流作用下,经过甲烷检测仪渗透气体量大。本研究结果能够为城市燃气管道泄漏监测水平的提升提供技术支持。
Experimental Research on Intelligent On-line Monitoring of Urban Gas Pipeline Leakage
In this paper,a new adjoining pipe system which is used to detect the leakage of gas pipeline is proposed,a detection system of the leakage of oil and gas pipeline which has efficient detector tube,vacuum extraction system,the pipeline leak positioning model,PLC examining and control system,and GPRS data remote system is developed,and experiments are done too.The experiments show:when the number of pressure small,stream cutoff appears and the flow pattern and the quantity of permeation gas are irregular;when the pressure valve is 60 kPa~101 kPa,the results of experiments are good;when the pressure is at the same level,the quantity of gas in the detector tube increases and the infiltration capacity of CH4 increased.When the pressure and the quantity do not change,the longer the pipe is,the more the infiltration capacity is.Due to the long pipe,the quantity of gas which permeates to the detector tube is big,the gathering time of gas which is in the detector tube is long.Under the effect of flow,the quantity of permeation gas which is detected by CH4 is big.The results of this study can provide technical support for improving the monitoring level of urban gas pipeline leaks.
