This paper briefly describes what is the territorial space system,and analyzes the research background of GIS database.Starting with examples,it analyzes the construction contents and specific construction methods of GIS village planning database,and further carries out the research work on the construction of GIS-based village planning database under the background of the territorial space system.So as to provide reference for the construction of various village planning database.
