摘要
科技合作是提升区域科技创新能力、解决区域科技发展不平衡、助力区域协调发展的重要举措.本文介绍了山西和陕西两省开展科技合作进展及取得的成效,并提出了优化顶层设计、共建科技创新平台、激发积极性和打造创新生态4 个方面的对策建议,以期为推进晋陕两省科技合作、推动区域协调发展提供有益参考.
Abstract
Sci-tech cooperation is an important measure to enhance regional sci-tech innovation capacity,solve regional sci-tech development imbalance,and promote regional coordinated development.This paper introduces the progress and achievements of sci-tech cooperation between Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in four aspects:optimizing top-level design,co-building sci-tech innovation platform,stimulating enthusiasm and building innovation ecology,in order to provide useful reference for promoting sci-tech cooperation between Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces and promoting regional coordinated development.
