In response to the new characteristics and new needs of the pharmaceutical industry,this paper analyzes the importance and challenges of cultivating application-oriented undergraduate pharmaceutical talents for new quality productivity.Starting from clarifying the talent cultivation goals,a talent cultivation approach of"one fundamental,two manifestations,and three co construction"has been constructed.The construction of engineering education teaching connotation has been carried out from aspects such as strengthening practical teaching,innovating teaching modes,integrating school enterprise resources,and cultivating high-quality teaching staff.
