摘要
文章通过CiteSpace对我国高校科研组织近 20 年的研究现状与热点进行分析,发现高校科研组织的研究经历了起始、平稳发展和快速增长 3 个阶段,高产作者较少,研究机构较为分散,研究热点由教学科研、科研、科研团队为主转向协同创新、人才培养、组织模式、科技管理等.建议未来可从高校有组织科研、新型高校科研组织模式和新型高校科研管理体制3个方面进行更深入的研究.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the research status and hotspots of scientific research organizations in Chinese universities in the past 20 years through CiteSpace.It is found that the research on scientific research organizations in universities has gone through three stages:initial,stable development,and rapid growth.There are few high-yield authors,and research institutions are relatively scattered.The research hotspots have shifted from teaching and research,scientific research,and research teams to collaborative innovation,talent cultivation,organizational modes,and sci-tech management.It is suggested that in the future,more in-depth research can be conducted from three aspects:organized scientific research in universities,new organizational modes for scientific research in universities,and new management systems for scientific research in universities.
