Research on Lean Management in Modern Building Construction
In order to improve the management efficiency of construction,adopting lean management methods to manage the construction period,cost,and quality of building projects will have a positive effect.This paper summarizes specific engineering cases,based on an understanding of the project content,analyzes the main lean management measures taken and the results achieved in different construction stages,aiming to provide necessary references for subsequent management upgrades.
