Research on Digital Transformation Strategy of Human Resource Management of State-owned Enterprises in Henan Province
Starting from the perspective of digital transformation enhancing management efficiency,optimizing human resource management of state-owned enterprises in Henan Province,improving management efficiency and accuracy,reducing management costs,and enhancing market competitiveness,this paper analyzes the problems in human resource management of state-owned enterprises in Henan Province,such as outdated concepts,rigid organizational structures,shortage of digital management talents,inadequate assessment mechanisms,and outdated management models.Implementation paths and strategies are proposed,such as strengthening digital thinking training,optimizing organizational structure and talent pool,increasing the introduction and cultivation of digital technology and talent,establishing scientific management processes and introducing digital tools,and innovating management models,aiming to enable enterprises to efficiently manage and utilize human resources,improve management efficiency and accuracy,enhance market competitiveness,and provide strong human resource support and theoretical support for the long-term development of enterprises.
