摘要

本文通过综合分析和实际案例研究,阐述了水泵叶轮壳体锻造过程中的技术创新和改进;探讨了新型锻造工艺对提高叶轮壳体锻造精度的影响,并利用详细的数据和技术细节验证了这些技术改进的效果;分析涵盖了安全风险的减少、生产效率的提升以及成本效益的改善.通过客观的数据分析和科学的方法论,展现了新型锻造技术在提高产品质量、安全性和经济效益方面的显著优势.

Abstract

Through comprehensive analysis and practical case study,the paper expounds the technical innovation and improvement of the pump impeller shell forging process;the effect of the new forging process on improving the forging precision of the impeller shell is discussed and verified with the detailed data and technical details;the analysis covers reductions in safety risks,improvements in productivity,and improvements in cost-effectiveness.Through the objective data analysis and the scientific methodology,it shows the significant advantages of the new forging technology in improving the product quality,safety and economic benefits.
