文章指出近年来干旱现象频发,甘蓝型油菜是3种油菜类型中综合性状最为优良的一类,但是存在抗旱性相对较差的不足;国内外的很多研究人员尝试采用各种生物学手段去解析甘蓝型油菜的抗旱遗传机制,培育耐旱甘蓝型油菜品种.文章主要对甘蓝型油菜耐旱性鉴定、相关生理生化、QTL定位、全基因组关联分析(GWAS)、相关基因功能等方面的研究进展进行总结,以期为后期甘蓝型油菜耐旱性的研究提供一定的参考依据.
This paper points out that in recent years,drought occurs frequently,and Brassica napus is one of the three types of rapeseed with the best comprehensive character,has relatively poor drought resistance;many researchers at home and abroad try to use various biological methods to analyze the genetic mechanism of drought resistance in Brassica napus and cultivate drought-tolerant varieties of Brassica napus. This paper mainly summarized the research progress of drought tolerance identification,related physiology and biochemistry,QTL mapping,genome-wide association analysis (GWAS),and related gene function in Brassica napus,so as to provide some reference for the research of drought tolerance in Brassica napus.
