摘要
在教学中把针对性的训练方法（多位多球）与先进的教学思想（学导思想）相融合，并对其应用效果进行分析，论证其在体育教学中所发挥的作用，旨在为普通高校排球选项课，乃至其它体育术科选用更为优化的教学方法，以进一步提高课堂授课质量，全面实施素质教育、全力培养素质人才提供指导和参考。
Abstract
Through analysis of the data from the experimental study of the multi -point multi -ball teaching methodand the traditional teaching method , the multi -point and multi -ball teaching method can improve physical education learning power conditioning system , do better in strengthening students'consciousness cognitive effects , and result in better teaching effects .This research aims at exploring superior teaching method in volleyball course, even any other PE courses;further improving the classroom teaching quality , and providing reference for comprehensive implementation of quality education .
