Situation of Fostering Reserve Competitive Talents for Figure Skating and Research on Optimizing Strategies
Adopting methods of literature,questionnaire and expert -interview,the paper conducts a detailed investigation on the fostering of reserve talents for figure skating in China.Research suggests that we should constantly strengthen the scientific research consciousness of figure skating coaches and upgrade the fostering system for reserve talents;consolidate pre -post training among figure skating coaches to improve training efficiency and perfect the management system on reserve talents by figure skating coaches;also,figure skating coaches and reserve talents should have frequent communication to fortify reserve talents’confidence,promoting the sustainable development of reserve talents for figure skating.
