摘要
本文运用文献研究法、实验测试法、数理统计法对中老年女性进行90d的八段锦锻炼,探讨其性激素指标、生理机能指标和身体形态的变化情况。结果显示:经90 d的八段锦练习后,有助于改善呼吸系统机能;上肢与下肢力量显著提升;神经系统灵敏性、关节灵活性以及平衡能力有所提升;中年女性性激素指标雌二醇( E2)水平明显提高;血压、心率、体重、皮褶厚度及围度等变化不明显。
Abstract
To explore sex hormone index , physiological function index and the change of body shape , the paper conducts 90-day Baduanjin exercise ( a kind of ancient Chinese qigong ) among middle and old -aged women with methods of literature , experimental test and mathematical statistics .The research findings show that 90 days’ Baduanjin exercise enhances the function of respiration system , significantly increases the upper and lower limb strength and improves the sensitivity of nervous system , the flexibility of joints and balance ability .In addition, the estradiol (E2) level of the middle-aged women’s sex hormone index increases remarkably.However, the change of blood pressure, heart rate, weight, skinfold thickness and girth are not obvious .
