摘要

采用文献资料法、录像分析法等方法,对比分析2022 年竞技健美操世界锦标赛五人操与2022 年国内锦标赛五人操前三名选排的难度动作,结果表明:国内五人操队伍在国际上曾一直处于领先地位,如今在难度动作上却已经处于劣势,虽然国内队伍编排难度动作的分值依旧是最高分,但需加强其稳定性才能在国际赛场取得好成绩.建议:国内队伍在技巧动作与难度动作组合形式中多下功夫,提高自身成套亮点;通过高水平队伍带动、其余队伍加强自身竞技能力,依靠整体力量共同推动该项目的发展;国内队伍在提臀腾起类难度上应提升组别,增加圈数.

Abstract

Employing methods such as literature review and video analysis,this study conducts a comparative analysis of the difficulty movements selected by the top three teams in the 2022 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships for five-person exercises and the 2022 domestic championships.The findings reveal that,despite the historical international leadership of domestic teams,they currently encounter a setback in difficulty movements.While domestic teams still achieve the highest scores in difficulty movements,it is imperative to enhance stability for success on the global stage.Recommendations include dedicating efforts to skillful combinations of movements,elevating set highlights,and leveraging high-level teams to enhance overall competitiveness,thereby propelling the development of the sport.Moreover,it is suggested that domestic teams increase the difficulty level in movements involving hip thrusts and augment the number of repetitions.
