Technical Statistical Analysis of the Chinese Men's Basketball Team at the Hangzhou Asian Games
This study employs a multifaceted research approach,honing in on the technical and tactical performance of the Chinese men's basketball team at the Hangzhou Asian Games on both offensive and defensive fronts,with a thorough comparative analysis of competitors.The findings indicate:(1)In this edition of the Asian Games,the Chinese team,fielding a youthful lineup,showcased robust offensive prowess and substantial potential.However,issues such as mental lapses,insufficient ability to handle critical moments,late-game stamina,and focus deficiencies were notably evident in the young squad.(2)On the offensive side,the Chinese men's basketball team demonstrated a certain level of stability and strength in scoring,controlling offensive rebounds,assist numbers,and overall shooting accuracy.Nevertheless,challenges emerged in crucial matches,including inadequate protection of offensive rebounds,higher error rates,and a low 3-point shooting percentage.(3)Regarding defensive indicators,the Chinese men's basketball team excelled in defensive rebounding during the group stage.Blocking,steals,and foul control were commendable in the group stage,but in the final stage against intense competition,deficiencies surfaced in stealing and blocking abilities,accompanied by an increase in unnecessary fouls.
