河北省优秀标枪运动员数字化体能训练监控指标系统的构建

运用"数字化"技术对优秀运动员体能训练过程实施监控已逐渐成为竞技训练的重要组成部分,而对训练数据的准确收集则是"数字化体能训练监控"的关键环节.本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、德尔菲分析法和数理统计法等方法,对河北省优秀标枪运动员数字化体能训练监控指标内容进行筛选和构建研究.结果表明:河北省优秀标枪运动员数字化监控指标系统由即时监控子系统、阶段性监控子系统两个系统构成,其中即时监控系统包括有:外部负荷监控分系统及监控指标、内部负荷监控分系统及监控指标,阶段性监控系统包括有:身体形态、运动功能、身体机能和运动素质四个分系统及相关监控指标.河北省优秀标枪运动员数字化体能训练监控指标系统,可以为建立运动员体能测试及不同项目的数字化监控体系提供参考.
Development of a Digitalized Physical Fitness Training Monitoring Indicator System for Exceptional Javelin Athletes in Hebei Province
The integration of"digitalized"technology into the monitoring of elite athletes'physical fitness training has become a vital component of competitive training.The precise collection of training data is a pivotal aspect of"digitalized physical fitness training monitoring."This study employs methods such as literature review,expert interviews,Delphi analysis,and mathematical statistics to meticulously select and construct monitoring indicators for the digitalized physical fitness training of outstanding javelin athletes in Hebei Province.The findings reveal that the digitalized monitoring indicator system for outstanding javelin athletes in Hebei Province comprises two subsystems:a real-time monitoring subsystem and a phased monitoring subsystem.The real-time monitoring system encompasses an external load monitoring subsystem with corresponding indicators and an internal load monitoring subsystem with corresponding indicators.The phased monitoring system includes four subsystems:body morphology,movement function,physical function,and athletic qualities,each with relevant monitoring indicators.The aim is that the establishment of the digitalized physical fitness training monitoring system for exceptional javelin athletes in Hebei Province can serve as a valuable reference standard for athlete physical testing and the creation of a digitalized monitoring system for various sports.
