The Effect of Progressive Resistance Training on Metabolic Metrics of Adolescent Badminton Athletes
OBJECTIVE:Explore the effects of progressive resistance training on metabolic metrics in adolescent badminton players.METHOD:Participants underwent systematic training and testing, with the collection and analysis of metabolic data, including basal metabolic rate, heart rate variability, and blood lactate concentration.RESULT:Progressive resistance training significantly enhances aerobic capacity, glycemic oxidation rate, fat oxidation rate, and respiratory exchange ratio in adolescent badminton players, thereby improving their endurance and the efficacy of moderate-intensity exercise.SUGGESTION:Integrate progressive resistance training into the training regimen for adolescent badminton players, focusing on improving fat oxidation rate and reducing respiratory exchange ratio.
