A Case Study on Rehabilitation and Physical Conditioning of a Kayaking Athlete After Hip Joint Surgery
This study centers on the postoperative rehabilitation of the hip joint in the case of elite kayaking athlete Ma XX from Shanxi Province.Guided by the assessment results from hip joint injury consultations,a tailored rehabilitation and physical conditioning plan was devised and executed.Throughout this period,close attention was paid to the athlete's phased joint mobility,muscle circumference,isokinetic strength,and the progress of rehabilitation training.The rehabilitation plan was adjusted promptly when necessary,aiming to expedite the restoration of the athlete's hip joint function and ensure thorough preparation for specialized training.CONCLUSION:This study,considering the mechanism of hip joint injury and specific training requirements,yielded notable improvements in the rehabilitation of Ma XX,an elite kayaker from Shanxi Province.The successful recovery facilitated a seamless transition into the physical training phase,establishing a robust foundation for the athlete's specialized training.The outcomes of this study offer valuable insights into the rehabilitation and physical conditioning for hip joint injuries in kayaking athletes.
