摘要

赛艇项目属于技术性较强的运动项目,赛艇技术的稳定性对提高赛艇运动成绩具有至关重要的作用.本文通过问卷调查、深度访谈、跟踪调查、数理统计等方法,分析江苏省赛艇运动员对赛艇技术的认知情况,包括赛艇运动的技术框架、发力模式和不同技术阶段的动力链认知,探讨赛艇运动员的个体差异、训练差异对赛艇技术框架稳定性的影响,以期找出赛艇技术动力链的关联性,针对性地优化不同赛艇运动员的技术特征,提高赛艇训练比赛的科学化程度,进而助力提高赛艇运动员的竞技成绩,这对丰富我国赛艇项目训练方法、创新理论体系具有重要的参考作用和应用价值.

Abstract

Rowing stands out as a highly technical sport,where the stability of rowing technique profoundly influences athletic performance.This study employs diverse methods,including questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews,tracking investigations,and statistical analysis,to delve into the cognitive understanding of rowing technique among athletes in Jiangsu province.This encompasses the technical framework of rowing,force application model,and the cognitive grasp of the power chain in distinct technical phases.The research delves into individual variations among rowing athletes,assesses the impact of training disparities on the stability of rowing technique frameworks,and aims to pinpoint correlations within the rowing technique power chain.The objective is to tailor the optimization of technical attributes for diverse rowing athletes,elevate the scientific rigor of rowing training and competition,and ultimately contribute to the enhancement of competitive performance among rowing athletes.This study holds significant reference value and practical applications for refining training methodologies and pioneering theoretical frameworks in China's rowing sport.
