A Study on the Specialized Physical Qualities Indicator System for Adolescent Swimmers
Swimming, characterized by its cyclic nature and dependence on physical fitness, incorporates specialized athletic qualities that are integral to a swimmer's competitive prowess. This study employs methodologies such as the Analytic Hierarchy Process to delve into the relevant indicators of specialized physical qualities in adolescent swimmers. The goal is to construct a comprehensive indicator system for the specialized physical qualities of adolescent swimmers, offering theoretical insights for their selection and training. The study reveals that the system comprises six primary indicators, eight secondary indicators, and twelve tertiary indicators. The assigned weights for the primary indicators are as follows:Speed-specific quality(0.25),Strength-specific quality(0.21),Endurance-specific quality(0.17),Flexibility-specific quality(0.15),Agility-specific quality(0.12),and Coordination-specific quality(0.1).The weights for the secondary indicators include Displacement speed(0.19),Quick strength(0.17),Aerobic endurance(0.16),Strength endurance(0.14),Specialized flexibility(0.12),Reaction speed(0.09),Specialized agility(0.07),and Specialized coordination(0.06).The weights for the tertiary indicators encompass 50m swim(0.16),400m swim(0.12),5X100m paddling swim(0.11),25m sprint swim(0.1),5X100m kicking swim(0.1),Shoulder stretch(0.08),1-minute jump rope(0.07),Reaction time at start(0.05),Standing long jump(0.06),Sit and reach(0.05),20-second repetitive lateral jumps(0.05),and T-test(0.05).
