An Empirical Study on the In-depth Integration of Intelligent Community Sports Services for National Fitness and Public Health from the Perspective of Sports-Health Fusion——A Case Study of Luyang District,Hefei City
This study focuses on Hefei,a strategically located city in Anhui Province with economic and social development at a national average level.Utilizing research methods such as literature review,questionnaire surveys,expert interviews,and statistical analysis,the study leverages favorable conditions in Luyang District,Hefei,where the"Anhui Province Sports-Health Integration Chronic Disease Intervention Pilot Project"is underway.By effectively integrating the community's health care team and scientific fitness guidance team,the study conducts a one-year application of sports-health fusion intervention for populations with conditions like hypertension,diabetes,and hyperlipidemia.The results demonstrate significant health benefits,offering preliminary validation for the rationality and feasibility of the designed smart sports service system.This study provides a typical experience for the deep integration of national fitness and public health.
