本文以蛙泳宽、窄蹬腿技术为研究对象,讨论两种蹬腿技术对体育专业非游泳专项大学初学者学习成效的影响.通过教学观察法、数理统计法、影像分析法对运动表现进行测试和分析,对被试者和专家开展访谈调查,采用三角验证法进行研究.结果表明:宽蹬腿技术具有易于掌握、学习速度快、动作不易变形、对膝盖柔韧性要求低的特点,以及学习成效高、适合掌握技能、能够达到锻炼身体效果的优点.建议:宽蹬腿技术适合想快速学会游泳、健身锻炼的大学初学者学习,窄蹬腿技术适合想学习竞技蛙泳、提高游进速度和效率、学习蛙泳的大学初学者学习.
A Comparative Analysis of Learning Outcomes for Beginners in Breaststroke with Wide and Narrow Leg Kicking Techniques
This study delves into the wide and narrow leg kicking techniques in breaststroke,exploring their impact on the learning outcomes of university students majoring in sports but without a swimming specialization.Employing teaching observation,statistical analysis,and image analysis,we tested and analyzed participants'performances,conducting interviews with both subjects and experts,utilizing the triangulation method for the research.Results reveal that the wide leg kicking technique is characterized by ease of mastery,rapid learning pace,minimal risk of movement deformation,and low flexibility demands on the knees.It demonstrates high learning effectiveness,suitability for skill acquisition,and the ability to achieve effective physical exercise.Suggestions:The wide leg kicking technique is suitable for university beginners aiming to quickly learn swimming and engage in fitness activities.Conversely,the narrow leg kicking technique is recommended for those aspiring to learn competitive breaststroke,enhance swimming speed and efficiency,and further advance their breaststroke skills.
