A Study on the High-Quality Development of the Sports Industry in Shaanxi Province Based on the New Development Concept
Building upon empirical analysis of sports industry data from 2012 to 2021,this paper establishes comprehensive assessment metrics for the high-quality development of the sports industry in Shaanxi Province.Introducing the new development concept into the empirical model,the study ultimately distills the high-quality development path of the sports industry in Shaanxi Province from the five dimensions of the new development concept.The study reveals that the high-quality development of the sports industry in Shaanxi Province has undergone four stages:fluctuating development,low-speed development,high-speed development,and self-adjustment,displaying an overall upward trend and reaching its pinnacle in 2019.In steering the high-quality development of the sports industry,the coordinating concept has significantly fostered positive effects,particularly among the urban population of Shaanxi Province.The innovative pathway for high-quality sports industry development is led by sports services,propelled by sports manufacturing,and supported by sports infrastructure.The coordinating pathway involves crafting local characteristic brands,augmenting the supply of sports elements,and promoting coordinated urban-rural development.The green pathway revolves around the green sports theme,advocating for the construction of low-carbon venues,and contributing to the development of low-carbon sports.The open pathway delves into deepening"Belt and Road"cooperation,adhering to the principles of"bringing in"and"going out,"and enhancing the openness of the sports industry.The shared pathway underscores a"people-centered"approach,earnestly implementing the"sports +"action,and fostering sports to benefit the entire populace.
