学校设置教练员岗位是深化体教融合、助推学校体育发展的重要举措.本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,从价值逻辑的角度出发,分析学校设置教练员岗位的现实困境,并据此提出对策.研究认为:培养后备人才是其价值基点,助推学校体育是其价值旨规,坚持以人为本是其价值规范,深化体教融合是其价值选择.现阶段存在的主要问题有:政策法规不健全,普及化程度低;学校资源分配不足,绩效考核和评价激励机制不完善;教练员自身知识与技能体系不完善,岗位胜任能力低.建议:国家建立健全政策法规,加大其普及程度;学校应合理分配体育资源,健全激励和考核措施;教练员应不断提升自我,增强核心素养.
The Value Logic,Dilemmas,and Pathways in Establishing Coaching Positions in Schools
The establishment of coaching positions in schools is a pivotal initiative aimed at deepening the fusion of physical education and sports,fostering the development of school sports.This paper employs literature review and logical analysis methods to scrutinize the practical dilemmas associated with setting up coaching positions in schools,emphasizing the perspective of value logic,and proposes corresponding strategies.The study underscores the values of talent cultivation,promotion of school sports,prioritizing people,and the deepening integration of physical education and sports.Existing challenges encompass inadequate policy and regulations,low levels of widespread implementation,insufficient allocation of school resources,incomplete performance assessment and incentive mechanisms,and coaches'lack of systematic knowledge and skills and inadequate job competencies.Recommendations include the establishment of comprehensive national-level policies and regulations,heightened awareness and implementation,rational allocation of sports resources by schools,and the enhancement of incentive and assessment measures.Coaches are advised to continuously enhance their skills and bolster core competencies.
