Research Progress and Strategic Recommendations for Elite Athletes'Home Isolation Training amid the COVID-19 Pandemic
The pervasive influence of the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the preparatory training of elite athletes.Employing methods such as literature review and logical reasoning,this paper comprehensively analyzes and discusses the nuanced aspects of rest and training for elite athletes during home isolation.The study posits that home isolation rest may precipitate physiological adaptability decline in elite athletes'cardiovascular,neuromuscular,metabolic,and immune systems.Furthermore,home isolation training signifies novel developments in coach-athlete communication,training content and methods,exercise volume/intensity control,and nutritional diet supplementation.Based on these insights,recommendations are articulated to refine athletic training preparations,encompassing the establishment of training cycles,augmentation of specific physical capabilities,diversification of training methods,improvement of nutritional diets,and fortification of medical supervision.These suggestions aim to furnish scientifically effective strategies that seamlessly integrate athletic training with health defense,ensuring the secure resurgence of elite athletes into the competitive arena.
