Research on the Impact of Knee Joint Flexibility Strength Training on Muscle Recovery in Short-Distance Runners with Hip Injuries
This study explores the effects of integrating physical therapy with knee joint flexibility strength training on muscle recovery in short-distance runners experiencing hip injuries.METHOD:Thirty short-distance runners with hip injuries participated in the investigation, undergoing personalized rehabilitation programs that included both physical therapy and knee joint flexibility strength training.Assessment criteria covered various aspects, including muscle recovery, pain perception, and functional restoration.RESULT:Statistical analysis of the data revealed a significant advantage for the experimental group in terms of muscle recovery, bone density, and overall quality of life.SUGGESTION:The study recommends that coaching teams develop personalized rehabilitation training plans, incorporate regular monitoring of bone density, and implement nutritional interventions for short-distance runners to enhance their psychological well-being and integrate social support.
