A Study on the Influence of Ankle Resistance Training on Dynamic Balance of Female Basketball Players
A total of 24 female basketball players without lower extremity injury were randomly divided into high-intensity resistance training group,moderate-intensity resistance training group and control group with regular basketball practice. The results show that high-intensity and moderate-intensity resistance trainings significantly improve the dynamic balance indexes of APSI(anterior-posterior stability index),MLSI(medial-lateral stability index)and OSI(overall stability index). After 4 weeks of detaining,APSI and MLSI do not change significantly. However,OSI in the moderate-intensity training group is higher than that in the high-intensity resistance training group. In conclusion, both high-intensity and moderate-intensity resistance training improve dynamic balance, and moderate-intensity resistance training continues to work for a period of time even after the training.
