A Study on the Effects of Intermittent Hypoxic Training on Body Injury of Football Players under Hypoxic Conditions during Competitions
This study aims to investigate the effect of intermittent hypoxic training on the body injury of football players under hypoxic conditions during high-intensity matches.Research method:The research subjects were 30 football second level athletes, and the oxygen supply situation in actual matches was simulated through the intervention method of intermittent hypoxic training. The research results indicate that intermittent hypoxic training has a positive impact on the training effectiveness and physiological state of football players in high-intensity matches;By reducing the incidence of AMS,improving quality of life, and having a certain impact on oxygen supply and intracranial pressure.Suggestions:Strengthen the application of intermittent hypoxia training in football, further optimize the training plan, and ensure the effectiveness of training intensity and intervention measures;Strengthen the psychological health support team for football players to help them better adapt to the pressure of training and competition.Team collaboration training aims to enhance mutual understanding and trust among team members through activities and training,so as to alleviate potential psychological stress.
