Research on the Influence of Weight Swing Physical Fitness Training on Lower Limb Muscle Strength of Adolescent Football Players
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of weight swing physical training on the lower limb muscle strength of adolescent football players.Method:A systematic experimental design and scientific data analysis were conducted using literature review and experimental methods.The experimental group received weight swing physical training,while the control group received routine training.The changes in lower limb muscle strength after the training cycle were compared between the two groups.Results:Through the evaluation of muscle strength testing and functional testing indicators,it was found that weight swing physical training has a significant improvement effect on the lower limb muscle strength of young football players.It is recommended to regularly evaluate and adjust training plans,focus on muscle strength training at low speed,integrate training and exercise simulations,develop personalized training plans,and emphasize the importance of rest and rehabilitation.
