Implementation Strategies and Suggestions for Athlete Preparation Training under Respiratory Infection
In recent years, respiratory infection has caused a great impact on athletes'preparation training.By using the methods of literature review and logical reasoning, this paper discusses and demonstrates the practical operation criteria of preparing"isolated training camp"for athletes with respiratory infection,as well as the evaluation of physical function and the implementation of competitive training. The research finds that the advantages of preparing"isolated training camp"are mainly to possibly prevent virus transmission, improve training quality and obtain medical security, while the disadvantages are to induce mental illness, bind the competition instead of training, and weaken the competitive ability. In this regard,in order to help coaches and athletes to provide better coping strategies and decision-making references when facing unknown coronavirus and influenza viruses in the future,it is suggested to consider the framework principles and implementation strategies for building a"isolated training camp"from four aspects:promoting the transformation from preparation to competition practice, regulating psychological health and arousing emotional experiences, establishing an immune mechanism to ensure efficient training quality, and utilizing technology to assist in preparation in order to improve competitive ability.
