A Study on the Criteria of Athlete Selection and Assessment Result based Scientific Training
This study delves into the investigation and analysis of various physiological and biochemical indicators in athletes,establishing a comprehensive health assessment system.METHOD:Utilizing SPSS 26.0 software,the data of athletes were analyzed through methods such as paired-sample t-tests,independent-sample non-parametric tests,percentile method,chi-square tests,and regression analysis.RESULTS:(a)Based on medical examination data,233 individuals were identified as qualified from the general population,with a qualification rate of 27.87%.Among bone density data,394 cases exhibited increased bone density,and 68 cases demonstrated decreased bone density,resulting in a pass rate of 85.30%.Regarding athletic ability data,140 individuals met the criteria,yielding a qualification rate of 29.91%.(b)Analysis of comprehensive questionnaires revealed a higher correlation between fatigue and sleep,as well as emotions.Factors such as neck and shoulder pain and bronchitis significantly influenced fatigue.(c)Results from psychological questionnaires indicated generally favorable psychological conditions among athletes,with timely psychological counseling provided for those facing issues.This study,based on various indicators and selection criteria,establishes standards for athlete selection and evaluates athlete potential,thereby assisting in scientific training,refining training programs,and improving overall training effectiveness for the sustained development of athletes.
