Elements,Characteristics and Approaches of Constructing Digital Governance System of Sports Industry in the Process of Chinese Modernization
Using literature review and other research methods,the study deeply analyzes the elements,characteristics and approaches of the construction of sports industry digital governance system in the process of Chinese modernization.The study concludes that:channel innovation is the central nervous system that releases the benefits of sports industry digital governance in the process of Chinese-style modernization;institutional innovation is the solid backing to guarantee the order of sports industry digital governance;digital talents is the original driving force that drives sports industry digital governance innovation;data resources is the driving force that enables sports industry digital governance innovation.The element of digital talent is the original driving force to drive the innovation of sports industry digital governance;the element of data resources is the resource guarantee to enable the digital governance of sports industry;and the element of technological innovation is the key carrier to realize the digital governance of sports industry.It generally presents paradigm changes such as the operational logic of sports industry digital governance turning,subject synergy,the participation structure of sports industry digital governance diversified,technology empowerment,and the technical means of sports industry digital governance leaping.In view of the goal of synergistic development and quality enhancement,it is suggested to enhance the innovation capability of digital intelligence technology,restructure resource element endowments,build a mechanism for government enterprise cooperation,innovate management systems,enhance precise supply of legal system,and establish precise paths for digital governance standards.
