摘要
"双减"政策的实施不仅规范了体育培训市场秩序,也提升了体育培训服务质量,为促进体育培训业高质量发展提供了动力引擎.本文运用文献资料、逻辑推理等研究方法,基于"双减"背景剖析体育培训业高质量发展的动力要素与阻滞因素,提出应对策略.研究认为,体育培训业高质量发展的动力要素主要是:国家政策导向引领体育培训创新发展的行动力、国民体育消费需求急剧上升的拉动力、体育中考促进体育培训市场日趋增量的驱动力、企业间的博弈竞争促进体育培训业提质增效的推动力.目前在体育培训业发展中存在的阻滞因素主要有:①监管障碍:体育培训市场监管机制缺乏;②融合壁垒:体育培训与学校体育协调不足;③创新不足:体育培训服务内容同质化严重;④思维固化:应试思维与学生焦虑风险并存;⑤粘性不高:难以提升体育消费忠诚度等.据此,建议:①建立多元协同监管体系,完善体育培训市场准入机制;②加强政策支撑,深化校企协同发展;③促进教学模式创新,提升体育培训服务质量;④降低升学压力,树立体育健康价值理念;⑤拓展多运动项目导读,提高体育消费粘性等相关策略.
Abstract
The implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy not only regulates the sports training market,but also improves the quality of sports training services,which provides a power engine to promote the high-quality development of sports training industry.Using literature review and logical reasoning methods,the study analyzes the motivating and hindering factors for the high-quality development of the sports training industry in the context of the"Double Reduction"policy,and proposes strategies to deal with them.The study concludes that the driving factors for the high-quality development of the sports training industry mainly include the action force guided by national policies to lead the innovative development of sports training,the driving force of the sharp increase in national sports consumption demand,the driving force of the sports middle school entrance examination to promote the increasing growth of the sports training market,and the driving force of game competition among enterprises to promote the improvement and efficiency of the sports training industry.In the development of the sports training industry,there are regulatory barriers:lack of regulatory mechanisms in the sports training market;integration barriers:insufficient coordination between sports training and school sports;insufficient innovation:serious homogenization of the content of sports training services;stereotyped thinking:the coexistence of the test-taking mindset and the risk of student anxiety;and low stickiness:it is difficult to enhance sports consumption loyalty and other blocking factors.It is proposed to establish a multi-collaborative regulatory system and improve the market access mechanism of sports training;strengthen policy support and deepen the collaborative development of schools and enterprises;promote the innovation of teaching modes and improve the quality of sports training services;reduce the pressure of higher education and set up the concept of sports and health values;and expand the guidance of multi-sport programs and improve the stickiness of sports consumption and other strategies.
