体教融合背景下我国退役运动员转型学校体育从教人员的困境与路径

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对深化体教融合背景下我国退役运动员转型学校体育从教人员面临的困境与路径进行分析探讨.结果发现:目前退役运动员转型学校体育从教人员面临义务教育阶段基础知识与高等教育阶段专业知识缺乏、学历背景不足、从业资质不足、教学能力不足以及小众体育项目运动员转型难等突出问题.据此提出可发展路径:完善在役运动员从义务教育阶段到高等教育阶段的文化教育培养体系;鼓励运动员提升学历背景;设置符合运动员职业性格特点的教师资格证或学校体育教练员证书考核体系;完善退役运动员转型学校体育从教人员专项培训体系;设置多样化学校体育教师或教练员岗位.
Dilemma and Path of Retired Athletes Transforming into School Physical Education Teachers under the Background of Integration of Sports and Education in China
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the dilemma and path faced by the retired athletes in the transition of school PE teaching under the background of deepening the integration of sports and education.The study found that the current retired athletes in the transition schools are faced with such outstanding problems as lack of basic knowledge in compulsory education and professional knowledge in higher education,lack of academic background,lack of professional qualification,lack of teaching ability,and difficult transformation of minority sports athletes.Proposed development path is as follows:Improve the cultural education training system for athletes in service from the compulsory education stage to the higher education stage,encourage athletes to upgrade their educational background,set up teacher qualification certificate or school sports coach certificate assessment system in line with the professional characteristics of athletes,improve the special training system for retired athletes to transform school sports teaching personnel,and set up a variety of school sports teachers or coaches positions.
