Research on Experimental Design of College Physical Education and Health Curriculum based on PBL Teaching Model
The purpose of this paper is to explore the application effect of PBL teaching model in college physical education and health curriculum.By comparing the data of the experimental group and the control group,it is found that PBL teaching mode can improve college students'learning motivation and comprehensive ability,mobilize their learning interest and enthusiasm,improve their learning satisfaction,enhance teaching efficiency and quality,and promote the development of physical education teaching.Therefore,the application of PBL teaching mode in college physical education and health curriculum and the innovation of physical education teaching methods can help cultivate college students'innovative ability and problem-solving ability,and promote the deepening of college physical education reform.
