Research on Teaching Quality Evaluation System of College Volleyball Courses under the Concept of OBE
Using factor analysis and other methods to explore the evaluation system of teaching quality of college volleyball courses under the concept of OBE,this paper aims to construct the evaluation system and index weights of teaching quality of college volleyball courses under the concept of OBE,so as to provide valuable reference for promoting the reform of teaching volleyball courses in colleges and universities.The results show that the indicators of the evaluation system of teaching quality of college volleyball courses under the concept of OBE contain 6 first-level indicators and 23 second-level indicators.Among them,the first-level indicators and their weights are:teaching attitude of volleyball course teachers(0.25),teaching content of volleyball course(0.21),teaching method of volleyball course(0.19),teaching effect of volleyball course(0.13),students'participation status of volleyball course(0.12),and students'thinking status of volleyball course(0.1).The secondary indicators and their weights are:teaching in volleyball courses(0.053),observing teaching discipline in volleyball courses(0.087),consulting students to improve teaching(0.065),explaining basic concepts and principles(0.088),dealing with key points in teaching(0.055),linking theories to practice(0.059),enriching new content(0.075),systematicity of explanations(0.075),and the effectiveness of teaching in volleyball courses(0.13).The systematic nature of teaching(0.058),the use of inspirational teaching(0.026),language expression(0.017),volleyball course boards(0.021),the use of teaching tools(0.009),the interest of the students after teaching(0.028),the ability of the students after teaching(0.055),the performance of the students after teaching(0.052),the relationship between teachers and students(0.074),information exchange(0.023),active participation(0.043),sense of cooperation(0.041),identifying problems(0.029),asking questions(0.011),analyzing problems(0.013),and solving problems(0.018).
