Analysis of the Competitive Landscape in Men's Artistic Gymnastics in the Quadrennium of Tokyo Olympics——Insights into China's Strategic Preparation for the Paris Olympic Games
This study employs methods such as literature review to dissect the competitive landscape within men's artistic gymnastics from the 47th to 50th editions of World Artistic Gymnastics Championships and the Tokyo Olympic Games.Findings reveal notable fluctuations in athletic performance,persistent weaknesses,uncertainties stemming from the pandemic,and evolving rules throughout the Tokyo Olympics quadrennium.To address these issues,recommendations include mastering new rules,prioritizing technical movement innovation,utilizing technology to retain strengths and rapidly overcome weaknesses,implementing scientific training and injury prevention,fostering international exchanges,and leveraging technology to achieve breakthroughs in difficulty and quality.
