体教融合视域下我国青少年网球赛事体系优化研究

摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等科研方法,对我国青少年网球运动的组织管理和开展现状进行分析.结果发现:我国青少年网球赛事组织管理机构为由国家体育总局主管的体育系统和由教育部主管的教育系统两条战线的机构组成.体教融合背景下我国青少年网球赛事系统融合发展面临的主要困境有:青少年网球赛事体系目标定位存在差异性,"体""教"赛事体系双轨制之间壁垒难突破,体育系统、教育系统运动员共同参赛限制严格,体育系统、教育系统赛事积分排名系统各自独立.体教融合背景下网球赛事体系融合发展的优化路径为:建立监督部门,落实"体教融合"政策,打破壁垒,统一办赛思想,发挥协会作用,构建"体教融合"背景下青少年游泳赛事体系,统一赛事注册和参赛资格,合理设立赛事组别,构建"双"积分排名系统,综合考量学生参与表现.本研究旨在为我国青少年网球赛事理论研究和实践探索提供参考.
Abstract
Employing research methods such as literature review,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis,this study scrutinizes the current state of organizational management and implementation of youth tennis sports in China.The investigation reveals that the organizational structure of youth tennis tournaments in China is divided into two fronts:one overseen by the General Administration of Sport of China in the sports system and the other by the Ministry of Education in the education system.Against the backdrop of sports-education fusion,the primary challenges faced by the development of the youth tennis tournament system include divergent goal positioning,barriers between the"sports"and"education"tournament systems,strict limitations on athletes participating in both sports and education systems,and the independent points ranking systems within each system.In the context of sports-education fusion,the proposed optimization path for the development of the tennis tournament system involves establishing a supervisory department,implementing the"sports-education fusion"policy,breaking down barriers,unifying tournament management concepts,leveraging the role of associations,building a youth tennis tournament system under the background of"sports-education fusion,"unifying tournament registration and eligibility,establishing reasonable event categories,creating a"dual"points ranking system,and comprehensively considering student participation performance.This study aims to offer insights for the research and practical advancement of youth tennis tournaments in China.
