数字技术在社会各方面、各领域得到快速应用和发展.在体育领域,数字化体能训练日益受到一线教练员、运动员和体育科研人员的重视.本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,以Garmin智能穿戴在跑步训练中应用为例,探讨数字技术应用于体能训练的优势与不足,旨在促进数字技术与体能训练更好地融合,提升我国体能训练科学化水平.研究发现,数字技术应用体能训练能够精准量化训练负荷、可视化呈现运动员训练状态、有利于防范受伤风险,提高训练效益和运动表现.据此建议:在运动训练实践中不断提升数字化水平,促进运动训练的个性化、智能化、数字化水平,以此推动我国体能训练科学化水平,助力全民健身和体育强国早日实现.
Leveraging Digital Technology for Scientific Advancements in Physical Training
Digital technology has witnessed swift and widespread application across various sectors and domains of society.In the realm of sports,there is an increasing emphasis on the integration of digitalized physical training by frontline coaches,athletes,and sports researchers.This paper,employing methods of literature review and logical analysis,uses the application of Garmin smart wearables in running training as a case study to delve into the strengths and weaknesses of applying digital technology to physical training.The goal is to foster a more seamless fusion of digital technology and physical training,elevating the scientific sophistication of physical training in our nation.The research underscores that the application of digital technology in physical training enables precise quantification of training loads,visual representation of athletes'training status,and aids in mitigating injury risks,ultimately enhancing training efficiency and athletic performance.Based on these insights,it is recommended to continually enhance the digitization level in sports training practices,promoting personalized,intelligent,and digitalized approaches to propel the scientific evolution of physical training in our country and contribute to the realization of a healthier nation and a stronger sports community.
